Caitlin Moran wins Galaxy Book of the Year

Caitlin Moran's take on modern feminism How to Be A Woman, (Ebury), has won the Galaxy Book of the Year.

 

How to Be A Woman beat 10 other contenders to be crowned the overall winner by a public vote.

 

Other contenders included The Stranger's Child by Alan Hollinghurst (Picador); A Tiny Bit Marvellous by Dawn French (Penguin) and Charles Dickens by Claire Tomalin (Viking).
